10 weeks today !
It's so crazy how fast it goes by.. I remember like it was yesterday peeing on those sticks telling me I was pregnant for the first time ! And now , my babies vitals organs are fully formed , it's fingers and toes are formed , it has elbows and it's brain growth is really taking off . I've been getting really used to the morning sickness . I wake up every morning , I stay in bed for a little while just to rest , once I feel the sickness I get right up and eat some fruit and then breakfast . It's become such a routine for me I don't even really notice . I found this really cool site that shows me what my baby looks like inside me , and all these facts each week of my pregnancy . time to announce it !
I guess this could be the "grand opening" to my blog . So , anyways , the baby is in there ! Went to the doctor yesterday and it just blew our minds . We heard the heartbeat , we saw it's hands move , and we're both just really really excited about the whole thing ! I'm 8 weeks and 6 days today . I'm feeling good today , can't say the same about yesterday , I was pretty sick but that was the worst I'd ever been . Perhaps I'll be able to pass by the morning sickness without actually having to have it . Let's just pray ! I'll keep everyone posted.. I WOULD take a picture of my belly buuuuut I'd rather do that when I get to the "cute" pregnant stage .

Nutrition !!
DAILY it gets worse and worse , I just wanna eat all this junk food ! but I have to fight it.. I just have to . Otherwise , I'm not just gonna get a fat belly , I'm gonna get a fat everything !! and I definitely don't want that . My diet usually consists of breakfast : yogurt , fruit , toast , scrambled eggs , and either potatoes or hash browns . Which seems to be my healthiest meal of the day . Then lunch usually isn't until 2 or 3 when I get off work and I'll either have a sandwich or soup . but then until dinner there's that constant urge to just eat more and more , but something small which always turns into JUNK ! So , today I had my husband go buy some "snack-on" veggies and I have my fruits , I am determined to be a healthy eater thru out my pregnancy !
